Can I return a product?
Norevion accepts returns within 7 days of receiving the product for non-quality-related reasons. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and the item must be sent to the designated Norevion warehouse.
For quality-related issues, such as defective or damaged items, refund and replacement terms take precedence. If you choose to return a defective product, it must still be sent to the designated warehouse, and return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
