Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Norevion ensures a smooth and reliable return and refund process. For any questions or to initiate a return, contact us at support@norevion.com.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery for non-quality-related reasons. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged. For quality-related issues, Norevion’s refund and resend terms will take precedence. Defective products must also be returned to the Norevion-designated warehouse.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact support@norevion.com to request return authorization and follow the instructions provided for shipping the product back. Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories, and obtain a tracking number for the return shipment. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Products

Severely damaged or incorrect products will receive a full refund or replacement. Partially damaged products, such as minor scratches, loose threads, or slight wrinkles, are eligible for a partial refund or replacement. For missing accessories or parts, Norevion will resend missing components or the entire product if functionality is affected. Inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues promptly to support@norevion.com to ensure quick resolution.

Refunds

Once Norevion receives and inspects the returned product, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Only the product cost is refunded. Shipping fees, taxes, or other charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Refund processing may take a few business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including customized or personalized products, pre-order items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and services such as photo or video products. If you’re unsure about a specific product, please contact support@norevion.com before ordering.

Exchanges and Replacements

To exchange an item, return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired product. Norevion will assist with replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Important Notes

Customers are responsible for handling unclaimed or undeliverable packages. Norevion cannot refund lost items if the local delivery was not completed. Orders canceled after warehouse processing, customized orders, or pre-order items cannot be canceled. Norevion is not responsible for damages or delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, or epidemics.
