How long does it take to process orders?

Order processing time is between 24 and 48 hours. Once processed, your items are carefully packed and shipped with love, straight to your doorstep!

Can I return a product?

Norevion accepts returns within 7 days of receiving the product for non-quality-related reasons. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and the item must be sent to the designated Norevion warehouse.

For quality-related issues, such as defective or damaged items, refund and replacement terms take precedence. If you choose to return a defective product, it must still be sent to the designated warehouse, and return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
